One credit permanently unlocks one paid crossword for your account. Purchased credits do not expire, and replaying an unlocked puzzle does not cost another credit.
It unlocks the current standard paid online catalogue and standard crosswords added later while Mseto operates the service. Separately priced competitions, sponsored editions, or institutional products may be excluded.
Yes. Paystack presents the supported payment methods available for your transaction, including M-Pesa where available. We grant access only after server-side payment verification.
Normally within seconds after payment. The confirmation page signs you in and opens your puzzle desk. If you close it early, the Paystack webhook can still deliver access to your checkout email.
Open the Play page, choose “Returning solver,” and request a sign-in link using the exact email entered at checkout. Your access and saved progress will appear in your player desk.
Do not pay again. Send a support request with your order or Paystack reference and the email you intended to use. We can investigate and correct verified access.
Signed-in progress is saved to your account. Guest progress on the free daily puzzle is kept on that browser where supported. Sign in if you want progress available across devices.
We review duplicate charges, failed access delivery, and unused credits requested within 7 days. Used credits and successfully delivered lifetime access are normally non-refundable except where required by law.
