Is the daily Kenyan crossword free?

Yes. One daily crossword is free to play in your browser. No app download or payment is required.

How do puzzle credits work?

One credit permanently unlocks one paid crossword for your account. Purchased credits do not expire, and replaying an unlocked puzzle does not cost another credit.

What does the 12-month All-Access Pass include?

It unlocks the current standard paid online catalogue and standard crosswords added during the 12-month access period. Separately priced competitions, sponsored editions, or institutional products may be excluded.

Can I pay with M-Pesa?

Paystack presents the supported payment methods available for your transaction, including M-Pesa where available. We grant access only after server-side payment verification.

When will my paid puzzles appear?

Normally within seconds after payment. You sign in before checkout, so the Paystack webhook delivers verified access directly to that account even if you close the confirmation page early.

How do I return to puzzles I bought?

Sign in with the account you used before payment, then open My Puzzles. Your access and saved progress will appear in your player desk.

What if I used the wrong email or cannot see my purchase?

Do not pay again. Send a support request with your order or Paystack reference and the email you intended to use. We can investigate and correct verified access.

Does my progress save?

Signed-in progress is saved to your account. Guest progress on the free daily puzzle is kept on that browser where supported. Sign in if you want progress available across devices.

Can I get a refund?

We review duplicate charges, failed access delivery, and unused credits requested within 7 days. Used credits and successfully delivered annual access are normally non-refundable except where required by law.
