Is the daily Kenyan crossword free?

Yes. One daily crossword is free to play in your browser. No app download or payment is required.

How do crossword bundles work?

A bundle lets you choose a set number of paid crosswords after payment. Choose them now or later. Each crossword you unlock stays in My puzzles, unused choices do not expire, and replaying is free.

Do I need to make a password before buying?

No. Continue with Google or request an email sign-in link. The link returns you to the offer you selected. If you already use a password, that option is still available.

What does the 12-month All-Access Pass include?

It unlocks the current standard paid online catalogue and standard crosswords added during the 12-month access period. Separately priced competitions, sponsored editions, or institutional products may be excluded.

Can I pay with M-Pesa?

Pay securely through Paystack using the payment methods available at checkout, including M-Pesa where supported.

When will my paid puzzles appear?

Normally within seconds after payment is confirmed. Your crossword choices or pass appear in the account you used at checkout, even if you close the confirmation page. Choose individual bundle crosswords in My puzzles.

How do I return to puzzles I bought?

Sign in with the account you used before payment, then open My puzzles. Your crosswords and saved progress will be there.

What if I used the wrong email or cannot see my purchase?

Do not pay again. Send a support request with your order or Paystack reference and the email you intended to use. We can investigate and correct verified access.

Does my progress save?

Signed-in progress is saved to your account. Guest progress on the free daily puzzle is kept on that browser where supported. Sign in if you want progress available across devices.

Can I get a refund?

We review duplicate charges, failed access delivery, and unused crossword choices requested within 7 days. Choices already used and successfully delivered annual access are normally non-refundable except where required by law.
