The free daily crossword is available without payment. Paid puzzles require either an unused puzzle credit or an active qualifying all-access entitlement. Online access is personal and non-transferable. You must create an account or sign in before starting a paid online checkout. Verified purchases are delivered directly to that account.
One puzzle credit permanently unlocks one paid crossword for the purchasing account. Purchased credits do not expire. A credit is consumed only when you confirm an unlock; opening or replaying an already-unlocked puzzle does not consume another credit.
The All-Access Pass includes the standard paid online crossword catalogue available on crossword.co.ke for 12 months from verified payment, including standard crosswords added during that access period. It does not automatically include separately priced competitions, sponsored editions, institutional licences, or future products clearly sold outside the standard catalogue. The pass does not renew automatically; progress remains saved after expiry.
Paystack processes online payments, including supported M-Pesa and card methods. Access is issued after successful server-side payment verification. Keep your order or Paystack reference. Your signed-in account email is used for payment and access; it cannot be replaced during digital checkout. If delivery is delayed, contact support so we can reconcile the verified payment with that account.
Duplicate charges, verified failed payments, and access that we cannot deliver are eligible for correction or refund after review. Unused puzzle credits may be considered for refund within 7 days of purchase. Used credits and successfully delivered annual access are normally non-refundable, except where required by law. If an email typo prevents access, contact support with the payment reference before buying again.
We may correct, replace, or withdraw a puzzle with a material quality or rights issue. If a paid credit-unlocked puzzle is permanently withdrawn, we will restore the credit or provide a replacement. Automated scraping, answer extraction, account resale, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
You are responsible for access to your account email and for keeping your password and account recovery links private. We may make reasonable changes for security, reliability, or product improvement. For billing or access help, send a support request and include your order reference.
